Mini Shrimp Cigars – Wonton wraps filled with herb cream cheese, mire poix and gulf shrimp.  Fried to a golden brown and served with teriyaki sesame.
Stuffed Mushroom Caps – Large mushroom caps sautéed in cognac butter, stuffed with spinach parmesan mix, topped with mozzarella cheese, and broiled to golden brown perfection.
Sahmish Meatballs – Our fresh made meatballs simmered in burgundy demi glaze, topped with Muenster cheese, broiled and garnished with scallions.

Cup of Homemade Soup – Alaskan Clam Chowder, Chili, or Soup of the Day
Apple Almond Salad – Romaine lettuce tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and topped with crisp apples, dried cranberries, toasted almonds and feta cheese.
Iceberg Wedge – An iceberg lettuce wedge with chopped roma tomatoes, bacon, crumbled bleu cheese and our house made bleu cheese dressing.
2nd Course Options

Filet Toranados – Two 3oz. beef tenderloin filet medallions seasoned with our steak seasonings, fire grilled to order, served over garlic mashed potatoes and topped with a port wine, shallot and mushroom bordelaise.                                                   Served with the fresh vegetable of the day.
Herb Stuffed Chicken – Boneless chicken breast stuffed with a fresh herb cream cheese mix, coated in seasoned panko bread crumbs, oven broiled to perfection and topped with a lemon caper wine sauce.                                                                    Served with a steamed broccoli.
Atlantic Salmon Vera Cruz – Fresh Atlantic Salmon dusted with our seafood spices, seared in an iron skillet, topped with roasted corn and avocado salsa and cilantro cream.  Served with rice pilaf or the fresh vegetable of the day.
Tempura Shrimp – Six jumbo gulf shrimp battered tempura style and served with our homemade cocktail sauce made with fresh horseradish. Served with seasoned French fries or the fresh vegetable of the day.
