A flavorful bread brushed with olive oil, fresh garlic, and herbs then topped with provolone and fresh parmesan cheese and baked to crisp perfection. Served with Ranch dipping sauce.
Stuffed Mushrooms
Sautéed mushroom caps filled with cream cheese, bacon bits, chives and seasonings. Topped with melted provolone and parmesan cheeses.
Mini Rathskeller Combo
A chance to try our tasty deep fried appetizers on one platter! A Chicken cordon bleu fingers, Cajun chicken popper, brat 'n kraut ball, and jalapeno corn bread hush puppy served with an array of sauces.
Mini Cold Appetizer Sampler
A variety platter of smoked sausage, smoked pork tenderloin, German paté, and imported cheese; served with crackers, old world breads and of course spicy mustard.

Gemelli pasta with fresh spinach, Kalamata olives, grilled portabella mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, pine nuts and garlic herb feta cheese. Tossed in a wonderful warm olive oil and fresh garlic sauce.
German Sampler

Kielbasse-A spicy German Sausage served with spicy and dijon mustard
Rouladen-Beef rollup filled with bacon, onions, spicy mustard and tart pickle wedge slowly cooked for
tenderness and topped with homemade brown gravy.
Kassler Chop-Center cut hardwood smoked pork chop topped with a delicious sauce made with apples, golden raisins, walnuts and select herbs.
Sauerbraten-Beef roast marinated 5 days in our unique marinade,
slow roasted and topped with brown gravy accented with tones of currants and ginger.
Jaegerschnitzel-Our signature schnitzel topped with a wonderful sauce of wild mushrooms, shallots, fresh garlic, red wine, and select herbs.
Lemon Pepper Chicken (+2 accompaniments)
Chicken breasts marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and fresh garlic
then seasoned with lemon pepper spice as they are gently grilled.
Served over a bed of our savory wild rice.
Baked Orange Roughy Florentine (+2 accompaniments)
Succulent fillets of orange roughy stuffed with a special mixture of spinach mushrooms,
celery, onion, cream and Monterey Jack cheese.
Gently seasoned with lemon pepper.

Served warm in a pool of vanilla sauce with a side of vanilla ice cream.
Snicker's Ice Cream Pie
Layers of chocolate ice cream, pecan praline ice cream and crumbled Snicker's bars atop an Oreo crust. Topped off with sliced almonds, caramel and chocolate sauces.
Rathskeller Bread Pudding
A warm slice of bread pudding made with real raspberries and white chocolate,
served in a pool of vanilla sauce and topped with our homemade raspberry sauce. A slice of heaven!
