One of Ireland's favorite comfort foods. A traditionally cured prok loin breaded
and placed over a bed of mashed potatoes & sauteed cabbage
then topped with a white wine mustard cream sauce and garnished with fresh chopped scallions.

Lobster Ravioli
Lobster stuffed raviolis tossed with red peppers & mushrooms in a roasted red pepper cream sauce,
garnished with fresh basil and shaved parmesan cheese.

Sheperd's Pie
An Irish classic with an American twist. Seasoned ground beef simmered with green peas and root vegetables in rich beef gravy. Topped with a toasted proper spuds mashed potato crust.

Dip & Roll Salmon
Filet of salmon dipped in bass ale beer batter, rolled in panko bread crumbs then deep fried golden and served with pub chips and curry dill aioli.
