-Tilapia Fillet dipped in our home made batter, made with
Greenwood’s Oaken Barrel Amber & deep- fried.
Upland Steamed Pork Chops
-Bone in Pork Chop steamed & grilled with Bloomington’s Upland Wheat
& covered with bleu cheese crumbles & chopped walnuts.
