1st Course

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, and croutons
tossed in Caesar dressing

Strawberry Salad
Mixed greens, crumbled bleu cheese, mandarin oranges, strawberries,
and sugar walnuts served with a side of raspberry vinaigrette

2nd Course

Honey Chops
Sweet Pork Chops, grilled, and finished with saucy apples,
served with a baked potato and steamed vegetables

Italian Bistro
An 8oz. Bistro Fillet topped with a fresh mozzarella bruschetta,
served with a baked potato and steamed vegetables

Spicy Skewers
Grilled and Spicy Shrimp, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and mushrooms on skewers,
served over a bed of white rice
