GRILLED DRY RUBBED CHUCK TENDER
Beef served with sweet corn, pico de gallo and tomatillo salsa

SEARED ATLANTIC SALMON
Served with local tomatoes, sweet corn, pico de gallo and a tomato salsa

INDIANA RAISED CHICKEN
Grilled BBQ spiced chicken from Gunthorp Farms served
with roasted summer vegetable salad with argula and a guanciale vinaigrette
