Okay, we’re in Indiana so we didn’t mess with the traditional wing.  Twelve fried fresh chicken wings
are tossed in Frank’s hot sauce.  Served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

  Sandwiches...
Sandwiches are served with fries, home-made potato chips, or mixed greens.

Chicken Chop Salad
Grilled white meat chicken with apples, walnuts, tomato, bleu cheese, romaine, mixed greens and our maple ginger vinaigrette.

The Cuban
Not Fidel or the guy who owns the Mavericks, just your good ol’ pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, mayo and our home-made pickles grilled on ciabatta bread.

House smoked mozzarella and grilled portabella on artisan white bread.

10oz burger topped with your choice of cheese.  We’ve got cheddar, American, Swiss, bleu cheese, mozzarella and pepperjack.
